Absolutely horrible. Lied to from the jump. Called last Saturday, Told they could get my truck in Monday. I get there, and they tell me Tuesday. I get called and told that my emissions warranty just expired- I take an uber Saturday from Martinsburg; going off what online says,, pull in at 3:20- nope closed; there was a service guy still here, nope wouldn’t help me. I get here today Monday June 29th - and everything’s supposed to be fixed; don’t even make it out of the lot and the light comes back on, now once again I am out of a vehicle, and have to pay for a rental. They have no clue when they will have the part in. So without a vehicle for another week.

I called on a Tuesday evening, was able to drop my car off for service the next day. I received frequent updates on the status of the repair, which I greatly appreciated! Service was completed the same day, there were no surprise charges upon pick up. Shout out to Ben, he was great!

I’ve never had any problems with Sheehy since the day of purchase……..other than no owners manual with this truck and I purchased one and Windy made sure I was reimbursed!!!!!!!

My wife took her vehicle in for a liftgate issue, they charged her over $200 just to look at it, including "environmental fees" and "document storage".. We will never take our vehicle there for service. They would rather make money this way than actually fixing the vehicles.

The finance department lies to your face to up sell extended warranty! And they don’t have any reputable techs in there service department ! Took truck in for radio not working and they said it was the screen and was bad ? I guess no one there is technically competent in electronics! Took it apart and half the plugs were not plugged in so took it to a shop with a radio tech and the HMI is bad . Stay away from this place they lie and don’t know what they are doing !
